ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with the Mike Hall - State Farm office, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a perfect fit for the Mike Hall Agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the State Farm customers you serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Assist with Accounts receivables and SF Billing customer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bilingual in Spanish
Communication and interpersonal skills a must.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Possess a Texas Department of Insurance - General Lines Property & Casualty Agent license or obtain during first 30 days of employment.

Compensación: $20,080.00 - $30,000.00 per year
